Today, posters were distributed to classes promoting Literacy and Numeracy. The posters hung in all classes hilight key terms and strategies to support literacy and numeracy development. This is timely as grade 9 classes this semester are getting ready for the EQAO Grade 9 Assessment of Mathematics and all grade 10 classes are incorporating literacy activities that model those found on the EQAO OSSLT which will be written on April 2, 2009.
